Circa 1929 truck in Pennsylvania.

Posted on a facebook page with the suggestion it was a Ford.

The radiator bears a resemblance to GMC of the era, but I can't find a photo of a GMC with its head lights mounted that way.

Those wheels are unusual.

Maybe a 1928 Graham Bros like this one. The original photo has shadowing around the radiator emblem that may be the same...

Not a 1928.

Doors are flat and no belt lines. Belt lines are not pronounced and are only a painted effect on the doors and not protruding as the 1928's did.

The photo Frank posted is definitely a 28 model but the truck on topic is a 1926/27.

Also, no belt line at cowl on the truck on topic.

Therefore it has to be 2 ton 1926-27 OCR Model  (OC model with the R for dual rear designation)
