I think I see a couple of compromises but they are correctable, I think.  I am no expert like Matthew.  

Nonetheless, I believe we were debating price about a month ago and the consensus was mid $20,000 for a nice 37-38 Century.  

 

That makes this a decent price, if checked out, and a good one two punch with that Special Slantback project. (1937)

Yes, the bumper bars are upside down. That is an easy quick fix. Based on what I see in the facebook markeplace photos, it looks like a fairly decent car at a reasonable price. If you like rare cars, the 1938 Model 67 is much more rare than the Trunkback Model 61.

Yes, guys, I swear this is a common problem seen in numerous 1938 BUICK restorations. I've observed the upside down '38 bumpers at any number of BCA national and regional meets over the years. John
