You can buy nice ones for pretty reasonable money so this one would make zero financial sense even if you got it for free. Sal Hepatica Posted November 23, 2023 Share Posted November 23, 2023 I had a black '65 990 convert with red interior- only problem- it was hit hard on the right side. Parts car for the 770 Classic convert and Ambassador 880 I had at the time. I've had probably a dozen senior '65 Ramblers, most were part cars that I got for very little money. Seems I was the only one interested in them at the time. All coil suspension, they ride very nice. Torque tube, so forget about any LS1 nonsense. Those Ambassador taillights are vulnerable and hard to find, unless someone reproduced them (which I doubt). If this were close, I'd be tempted to "go look" at this, but alas, all the parts and cars are gone. Two moves, then a loss of storage. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
