(craigslist.org) Seller's Description: Hello I'm Selling a Dodge Lancer, Fun to drive! Just drove it here from Colorado. Excellent heater! Received compliments like every stop made! I wish to keep for priest car but it is very much needed to raise money for support to the Church and seminary here with the many bills, projects and maintenance. Slant 6 engine, 13 gallon gas tank about 15 to 18 mpg, cig lighter works, New battery and cables, new wiper motor and blades, new brake cylinder, pads and hoses, has push buttons for transmission, transmission recently rebuilt, new spark plugs and wires, new fuel pump, new oil filter, tires are like new, new water hoses, comes with 61 Dodge Lancer service manual. Great interior. Clean title. Or Best offer. No engine drips. Issues, Horn button is mounted on dash not on steering ring, radio not working some Gauges not working and oil dip stick tube stem came off, using bolt substitute. Have few receipts. The 55er Posted May 10, 2023 Share Posted May 10, 2023 We had an almost identical 1961 Lancer 770 in our family, same colors except ours was a 2-door sedan. These come highly recommended, at least by me. Great little car but do a rust inspection first as a precaution if nothing else. For a 50-something she could kick up her heels, and that was 1966- when grade school teachers still wore high heels!
