Leif Holmberg
1950 Cadillac looks close, but I think this is an aftermarket hood mascot?
Hans1
Face and protuding chin, looks male, overall strong chest and solid heavy wings? Nothing female/delicate at all.
auburnseeker
The way the back is finished it looks like it's to join a hood molding so that could be a clue. I wouldn't think aftermarket with that feature as it's too specific. Since it appears to be cast in brass, looks like someone reproduced it from an original which would have maybe had a part number which might have helped. Hans1
Compare the stylized shape to two mascots. 1939 Cadillac 1947-48 Nash While not the same, very similar in concept/form.
bryankazmer
The more angular and stylized form is typical of post-war more than prewar.
