My guess it's a C1  (6 cylinder) If the wood was good and if the engine turns over, this would be a usable car after years of toil and $20K +  in materials.

1932 Chrysler Sedan. All original (including motor), all complete aside from the cloth on the top and on the the seats, which has not stood the test of time. Clean title in hand. It has been sitting, covered, in the driveway for the past 20 years and has not been started in at least that long. So, I would say it is not in running condition at the present time - a tow or trailer would be required to get it to its new home. Asking $3,000 - pick up in Camarillo, Ca. I hope there is a place in hell for the guy that started the thumb over the license plate thing.   Yes, I'm going to track down your pile of rust by the license plate and come steal it.

Thankfully there is not much wood in these and what there is is fairly easy to duplicate. 

Wish I had the drivetrain to put in my car.
