I like the style of the GM cars of 1940 and 1941, but......I brought my 1940 Buick back to life that was in similar condition and I know how much it would cost to do the mechanicals (if there are no major problems), re chrome everything, replace all of interior, paint and do the electrical. When you are done you will have a very nice $15,000 car and you will be very much under water. This will be a very nice car when finished and all the parts are available at Chevs of the 40s.
