Can anyone tell me what year these Packard Bumper Guards are for?  Front or rear?   Are the 3 holes decorative or are there parts that go between the 2 guards? Thanks for any help....Mac

I would say '40 or '41 120 front bumper guard.  There were 3 flat chrome bars that went into the holes and bridged the two upright guards together.     Rear guards would have had a fold down bracket to allow the trunk lid to open.             John
