Usually the outside is dirtier than the inside, not so with this car. Did the seller live in the car?

Any chance those inner fabric seat panels can be cleaned? Maybe a steam cleaning process or something? It would make the car more appealing.

You couldn't do any harm to the upholstery by trying. Seems odd that the owner put a cover on the steering wheel as to not get it dirty.
