rocketraider Posted November 1, 2022 Share Posted November 1, 2022 Someone mentioned in another thread that Mercedes lawyered up against Studebaker for trademark infringement in the 1950s, was why the Studebaker inverted 3-point star ornament went away. Ironically in the same timeframe that Studebaker was Mercedes' US sales agent.🙄 And Studebaker had been around DECADES longer than the German upstart.
