Recommendation on transportation companies

My first post. Need to have transported from Richmond, Va to Greensboro NC a restored 1923 Hupmobile. Any suggestions on reliable transporters would be appreciated? Thanks.

I used Passport from MI to UT. They were a few days later than planned, but had excellent communication, and best of all - there were no surprises on the bill.

I am a big fan of Reliable, Have used them many times and they do a lot of hauling for the major auto manuafacturers. They always have trucks headed North from Florida which is one of their terminals. 1-800-833-7411

I recently used Thomas Sunday to move a car from Pennsylvania to California. They were the least expensive, they were on time, and did an excellent job with a car that didn't move under it's own power.

Pirate! No longer than the distance is to Greensboro from Richmond, I 'd use a local AACA member to transport the vehicle in question. I'm assuming you're in Richmond and contacting the Richmond Region Club would certainly find one of the members interested in a "paying trip" to Greensboro, N.C. I'm sure the Richmond Region, like my Northern Neck Region, has many retired members looking for an interesting side trip. Those guys are always telling me they have nothing to do to occupy their time, since they retired.
