AHa
I would love for somebody to identify this. It is heavy brass construction, part number DE64. There is a square headed plug in the bottom.

AHa
Another image. The mounting holes are 2 1/8" c to c. The piece that sticks out the end moves in and out. It appears to be some kind of pump. The large hole is 5/8" and the small hole is 3/16". The small hole goes through the housing at an angle and comes out the side a little lower down. It is cut off from the larger hole by the gasket. There is no oil on the part whatsoever, in or out. What is it?
Dandy Dave
AAAhhhhh haaaaa. Man's earliest attemt at fuel injection. 😃 More photos please. Are there check valves in the bottom? Or a plate that acts as a butterfly? Sure looks like an early engine carburetor or fuel pump part.
