dibarlaw Posted November 22, 2021 Share Posted November 22, 2021 (edited) Yes these were the typical problem spots. My 1969 LeSabre Convertible was repaired there before I bought it as a 5 year old used car in 1974. The bottom of the quarterpannel was already rusted out. We lived in the salt belt Monongahela valley near Pittsburgh PA. I was still able to get a new pannel in 1975. I sold the car in 1980 as the frame had already been welded twice because of rust. Passenger side wheel well and bottom of quarterpannel starting to go. Easter 1978.
