HIBrown
I can not keep my new battery charged in my car. Garaged with a cover. Have to charge then use, and dead again in 2 days? Any ideas where to look? TIA
Hemi Dude
How good are you with a Volt/Ohm meter?
ghostymosty
probably a light staying on in trunk, spare tire compartment, under hood, etc. Try going out after dark and see if there is light shining through anywhere. If not then the easy way is to pull one fuse at a time and see when the battery drain stops. The squiggly under hood light wire is a common culprit for damaged areas that may be grounding out and draining the battery without a light being on, seat wiring under the carpet is another one of those. Hemi Dude
Have you checked your inside rear view mirror? Check it in the dark... You might have accidentally turned on the switch when you adjusted the mirror some days ago.
