The wood and wire wheels use different hubcaps.

 

I am not sure of the make of the wire wheels on this car but the caps will have been supplied with the wheels, and Studebaker may have put their own badge in it but not necessarily.

 

I suggest you repost the photo in the Studebaker section and hopefully you will get a response from an owner of a similar car.

 

Edit re the wheels - The Standard Catalog says they are Budd wheels.

They look like the BUDD wheels that take the "picklefork" wrench that many Overlands used. It also looks like this car was converted from wood to wire as you can still see holes in the brake drum that were generally used to bolt rear wood spokes to the drum.
