Linus Tremaine
Does anyone have a speedometer they would sell for my 22 special six? Mine may or may not have spit all its guts out on the floor. We cant even really tell what it originally was its in such bad shape. Maybe if I knew what to look for I could find one on ebay? Thanks, L
Linus Tremaine
a photo of the back would help... I the original a stewart brand? I need to see how the internal gear behind the cable is held in. Looks like a plate might be pressed into the housing?
George Rohrbach
Can you post a pic of the speedometer face? That would help identify it to try to match it up.

Stude Light
I think that should be a Stewart or perhaps a Van Sicklen gauge and the face would have been metal. I had a number of Studebaker speedometers and gave a bin of them to Bob’s Speedometer in Howell, MI about 3 years ago. www.bobsspeedometer.com You could try them. Photo is of a Van Sicklen for a 1921 Special Six I passed on to Bob's Scott Edited May 19, 2020 by Stude Light (see edit history)
Linus Tremaine
Perfect. I have some other gauges at bobs and I already talked to them about this and they say they can fix it.
