TexRiv_63
SOS to get my 34 coupe back on the road. My car is an early production 34 Standard that apparently has 33 style clutch linkage, may also be similar to 33-34 trucks. The problem is wear to a hole in the link between the throwout arm and the yoke that reverses the pedal motion. That link is the main part that I need with a hole that is actually round rather than egg-shaped like mine. I would also be interested in the Y-shaped yoke with the two pins if they are less worn than what I have and would even buy a whole linkage assembly if all the parts are relatively free of wear. The link I need the most is 7 7/8" total length with a double bend in it as shown in the photos. There is a 9/16" diameter hole at the larger end and a 3/8" diameter hole at the opposite end, the link is steel about 3/16" thick. Please contact me via PM if you can help, thanks!
ply33
Can’t fill the hole in by welding then re-drill it?
Bloo
I hope you find the parts you are wanting, but in the meantime I'm with ply33. If that was mine I would already have the torch fired up.
TexRiv_63
Wish you guys lived down the block! I don't own a torch so would have to farm it out, which I will do if the parts are unavailable.
