31plymouth
My 1931 PA 19" wire wheels do not have spring clips. Do you have picture of your caps or part need?

keiser31
They could be drilled off and re-riveted to a cap in need of them.
JamesLay
maybe you could fabracate them from hack saw blades or steel banding material .I have seen two different styles of clip on stock hub caps i think this style must be later production .after market caps do not have spun over brass. as keiser 31 told me once.after market caps you can see plymouth logo stamped in from back side. on the earlier cap the clips where part of hub cap ( not removeable) maybe 30-31?
Brooklyn Beer
I never thought of a hacksaw blade ! Excellent idea.. Normally at work we get deliveries that are banded together on pallets but the past week it has been soft metal banding. In the boxes of parts I got were original caps that just had the clips stamped through the side of the cap. Really beat up. I also found the missing wiper motors that look dead but now I can match it to a new one. I just wonder how hard it will be to run a new hose.
