Thoffs
Jorge, that is terrible I don't know how they could loose something that big. If you have one of each part you may have to have them cast out of bronze. Then you would need to metal finish for ft and then chrome them. I don't know where you would find them, you can try Dave Babcock first. Good Luck and best wishes, Tim.

Jorge I went to the International wet in Mansfield Ohio just three eels ago and talked to several vendors, no one had any Rockne parts. Did you ever here anything from the fellow that knew someone who had Rockne parts for sale. I haven't seen anything more about them on the forum. rbk
A friend had the same problem with a chrome shop loosing his parts. A couple of years later he went to Hersey and there were his parts for sale by the chrome shop owner. He just took his parts and dared the seller to prevent him from taken them. They were very unique parts and the chrome shop owner did not say a peep. It is hard to believe that they lost these parts. I do not know what the law in Germany is but I would sue the shop. Lesson learned. Take pictures of the items you leave at a chrome shop and get a receipt. Sometimes a chrome shop gets burned when someones leaves parts to be plated and the owner died or had 2nd thought about restoring the car after hearing of the cost. Some customers think they will get a quantity discount so they bring all the items to be chromed at one time and you will be better of doing one piece at the time. Robert, the owner is a close friend. He will not do this. Not to speak about his employees, out of Company thiefs, missplacing. A Lot of posibillities. I will be happy when the Parts appears somedays, meanwhile i need a replacement. Positive thinking: i. fix the Problem with the Opportunitys i have in Hand Joe Edited October 6, 2019 by Rockne33DLXRoadster (see edit history)
