AUTOMOTIVE REAL ESTATE FORUM

STEVE POLLARD

Recommended Posts

Trying to get a consensus from the membership here about establishing a "automotive" real estate forum. The forum would be a place where members can post their property or seek out specific property / location ( commercial or residential ), all related to the automotive hobbyist.

Members have mention in other forum topics about their properties, but it would get lost in the thread, this way the membership would have an easy access without searching.

Any thoughts or comments ?

Thanks

Thought carproperty.com had this covered ? OTOH mine is a good example of that can be done with proper planning. Wife wanted a development with sidewalks and good schools. I wanted a garage, not a pool. Now have a 2000 sq ft home with 2000 sq ft garage & 10x25 ft hidden pad for RV/boat/triailer on an 85x150 "natural" lot with HOA blessing. In a non-gated community in a no-income-tax warm resort. It can be done

There could be a "Car-related Real Estate Buy/Sell/Rent"

category if there was enough content to make it worthwhile.

It should be for properties for sale or wanted.

I suppose they could be car owners' own homes,

or car storage space for rent, or even commercial

real estate such as restoration shops.

However, merely discussing garages or types of construction,

or how to improve one's own property, should be

topics for a different place.

Correct John, I don't see a need for that type of subject matter, just the buy / sell......    I like your idea about "Rent", I didn't think of that....

Thanks
