cgerman1
I ran across a guy today looking to sell a 63 Buick Riviera. Arizona car all original with no AC here are some pics I think I'm going out later this week to drive it. There's just sun damage to the paint minor surface rust around the rear window. Chrome bumpers and chrome trim look in great shape for the year of car. He's asking 13k
cgerman1
This will be my first classic pickup. Trying to see what all I need to be looking out for in purchasing a vehicle like this
KongaMan
Rust around the rear window is normal in these cars, as water collects in the channel beneath the lower molding. Open the trunk and look for water damage inside under the ends of that channel. It's not uncommon for that channel to rust through, with water then running into the trunk. You might also move or repost this to the Riviera group elsewhere on the site. You'd be sure to get a lot more responses by doing so. michel88
It looks like a nice '63 Riviera that is cosmetically in good shape judging by the pictures. If it checks out mechanically IMHO looks like a very good deal.
