But you can isolate each wire under the civer using the small diameter plastic wire loam. In that case placement doesnt matter. I sourced tge plastic wire loam @ Walmart in the auto radio section. Since the firing order for a Buick 1953-1956 V8 engine is 1-2-7-8-4-5-6-3, wires #8 and #4 on the driver's side bank along with #3 and #1 on the passenger's side bank should be separated.
