1937/8 Steering wheel trim question

I bought a 1938 wheel on eBay with horn ring. As I understand it I need a a center cap (medallion), a plastic escutcheon and then a chrome bezel over those. I see the chrome bezels often but never the plastic escutcheon. Has it been reproduced?

I saw this but for $250 I would rather get a better quality medallion. It's the plastic part I seek.

I am fairly sure that either of these two should have the ivory colored plastic piece around the horn button available:

I checked those both out, They are excellent leads. I will follow up once I get my wheel delivered.
