emjay Posted February 1, 2018 Share Posted February 1, 2018 I like the instructions from the Commonwealth. Don't make your own replacement plate because it "will get you into trouble." Never really thought much about why there were side lights up by the windshield. Were they to be lit an hour after sunset while traveling or just while on the street?
