jajolee Posted January 18, 2018 Posted January 18, 2018 Here I have a big Solex carburetor with the number 4622287 and 40 AIP. Someone has witten Buick on it but I am not sure if that is right. Can someone help me identify it? Thanks. Jan
Ozstatman Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 Unlikely to be for a Buick, Solex was a French Carb manufacturer. 1
nzcarnerd Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 A lot of British makes used Solex carbs. This one might be for a truck - maybe? 1
gwells Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 Solex carbs were used on German and Italian cars as well. 1
