Guest Randy_P
I have a set of 5 of these Cast Aluminum 12 Spoke Wheels with steel hubs riveted in with 8 rivets. The bead seat is 19 inches in diameter and 1.5 inches wide. Anyone recognize them? Thanks! mike6024
That looks to be more than 1.5 inches wide. Where are you measuring?

Craig Gillingham
None of these wheels appear to be drive wheels, and they don't have a valve stem, so they probably had solid rubber tyres. Which is why the rim isn't detachable, otherwise you'd have to replace the whole wheel. Spinneyhill
Might they be rim lock holes to hold on solid tyres?

I'm not familiar with rim lock holes but I'd guess there would be more than one per tire?
leyther8008
Siva cars in the UK used to do some Edwardian style cars in the 70s and this web site notes them 'casting their own artillery wheels' but lists the size as 18 inches could they be another version of these? http://www.sivaedwardian.co.uk/tourer_9.html
