Keep your eye on eBay, they come up there from time to time. Also have you tried Kanters or Max?

I have an extra but it does need re-chroming.  No breaks, minimal bubbling.  I don't have an extra glass lens but I think there are plastic reproductions available.  I believe the threads are usable  but I'm not sure.  It does not have the internal clip that holds a plastic(?) focusing lens.  Let me know via PM if you're interested.  $50.00 plus whatever shipping comes to.
