Looks like a 1917 by the look of the lower windshield frame. The 1918 and later are taller at the bottom section. The "1918" in the link has windshield posts that are exposed at the cowl. I don't think that one is a 1918 Chalmers. The Chalmers has no exposed windshield mounting posts.

Picture of the engine would help. 1916 - 17 would have side draft carburetor on the passenger side 1918 and later would be updraft on the driver's side.
