It's my grandpa on the bumper, the old man told us sometimes it was Daimler or maybe Benz etc but he was fooling us with everything all the time.. And I found nothing about it on the Internet until now. Anyway the car was taken away in ww2, and only the car-jack left and "we" forgot the name of the car.. I didn't want to waist the car-jack maybe somebody needs it. Thanks for your reply!!

lump
Wow, was the car taken away by Nazi-backed political police? Amazing story!
Guest norbert
Sadly practically each country has the same law about wars, "any vehicle can be taken away in a war" (just as police in movie grab owners out from their own cars..) (Yeah man it's true, socialist Nazies liberalized the car and later blew away the roof of the house, then socialist Soviets liberalized other things like the watches and lands, new clothes from tailor business etc from the family. I just found today the papers but interesting is few papers of the car were in a dusty box next to papers what communists officially got from us "as voluntary donate to them"). Probably license-plate number was "M" 20-086 and the motor number was maybe 20137 (7 is not sure but something like that). But I'm not sure about "10" horse power in it (maybe the road tax was the reason . My great grandpa had a tailor business and he had to pay a lot of tax, his stamp-tax book looks like he was a stamp collector). I do dream and hope they didn't destroyed the car and now in good hands Edited February 7, 2017 by norbert (see edit history)
Layden B
Popular "skiff" styling of the time. Note the 2 boat inspired ventilators just in front of the windshield.
