Jim Milewski Posted January 22, 2017 Author Share Posted January 22, 2017 With the help of the members and my grandchildren, I was able to submit pic's - am running windows ten, went to the file/pic, went to edit, went to resize, went to pixel, changed pixel way down (probably can go lower), hit ok and then save and send - hope this helps all those who are computer challenged 1 Link to comment
MrEarl Posted January 23, 2017 Share Posted January 23, 2017 If I understand Peter G correctly, size shouldn't matter as there is no size limit. It also works sometimes to flip the image, so it appears any change to the original image may or may not allow it to be uploaded. Lots more trial and error from folks trying to figure it all out is contained in the thread I referenced above. Link to comment
