Hi, I'm mounting my new bumpers to my '55 century but I have some problems to remember where do the 2 small bracket go, I've circled them on the attached picture, anybody has a better memory than mine? maybe a photo can help better, thank you.

This might be helpful, possibly?  On the www.GreeneHDProductions.com website, there should be some episodes of "Reality Rides" in which they disassemble a '55 Buick Special for a complete restoration.  I believe there's a segment on taking the rear bumper off the car, where Carl shows some of the hidden bolts and such for the brackets.  Maybe that might help?

Nope.

Those go on the outer parts (under the taillights) of the bumpers between the bumper and mount so you can jack up the car with the original jack.

That is correct, just don't use em' to jack the car. Use a floor jack or bottle jack under the chassis.
