jpage
'28-'29 wheels have tubular rims, '30-'31 wheels have rims similar to modern wheels.
motoringicons
The first photo shows a 1930-1931 Model A 19" wire wheel. The second photo shows a 1928-1929 Model A 21" wire wheel ( it is on the car with the brown body). You'll notice that the 1928/29 wheel has a much smaller hubcap than the 1930/31 wheel.Hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions. jpage
Do you know what year chassis you bought? There are several major changes in the chassis and running gear during the Model A production. To an untrained eye, they all look alike!
