Layden B
Are we going to be blessed with a forum for the identification of unknown parts or cars? Thanks Link to comment
gwells
Layden, Are you requesting a forum other than the "What is it?" forum? FWIW, I believe that the forum structure in the new board is essentially the same as the old forum, with a couple of additions. Link to comment
Layden B
I see a series of forums for makes of cars and types of cars..Where is the "What is it?" forum? I am not finding it! Link to comment
gwells
Layden, See the attached screenshot, which shows what I am seeing for the top part of the new forum. I have boxed the "What is it?" subforum in red. Is this not what you are seeing? Link to comment
Layden B
Not what I see.The AACA is in a very light color backgroundthen next is strong background "forum suport" Link to comment
MCHinson
Layden B, It sounds like you have accidentally hidden the AACA section of the forums from your view. Please look closely at the text: AACA GENERAL DISCUSSION near the top of the page. I think you will find all the way to the right of that forum heading you will see a plus sign. Click on that. It should toggle the AACA forums back to where you can see them. You can toggle any section of the forums off and on using the plus and minus signs that appear on the right side of the topic heading. 1 Link to comment
gwells
Layden, be aware that the plus/minus sign button to expand/collapse a category won't appear until you place your cursor over the category's bar. Edited June 17, 2015 by gwells (see edit history) 1 Link to comment
Layden B
Thank you both for getting me strightened out on this. Such a simple thing to have stumbled on. I will say that it was not really obvious or self explanatory. Keep up your good work. 1 Link to comment
gwells
Layden, We both have a long journey to be anywhere near as helpful as you have been at the AACA forums... Link to comment
