frame30 Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 I am going to have the steering wheel in my 1958 Buick Estate Wagon redone. It was originally black/dark-blue. Would it be incorrect if it were redone in white or ivory? Everything is original on this car but a white steering wheel would certainly make the interior pop. Thoughts? Cheers. Michael. It just looks right, especially if the interior pattern has any white vinyl on the seats and door panels. Are you dealing with cracks in the wheel rim? This is also what Mr. 58 recommended. But my daughter also thinks the steering wheel in white would be great. Argh, something to think about fairly quickly.
