Guest andreso
Hi all,Bob recommended I post this question here. A friend of mine insists he knows where a 1940's Zephyr convertible WOODY is (barn find). I see no information on such a beast anywhere. He says that he saw a program on TV that said there were 6 made but only 1 known to still exist. Does anyone have any information on this possible itineration of the Zephyr? If so please shoot me an email: andre@sabinefinancialservices.com. It is supposedly available to look at but quite a trip and I want to know if it exists before I make the trek Thank youAndre

Dave Mellor NJ
I've seen the picture of that custom wagon. The crude rear section really looks awkward.
Neil G
More likely a Ford Sportsman, no such thing as a Zephyr convert woody. If it is a Sportsman you should try an d buy it, very rare.
Rusty_OToole
In 1946 there was a fad for half timbered cars. Kits were made for Nash, Chevrolet and possibly other cars that did not offer a woody the way Chrysler and Ford did.Never heard of a Lincoln but that does not prove that no one built one.
