keiser31
My new neighbors moved here from New Jersey. They are having a yard sale and I just got home with a little prize. I looked around for some antique auto parts....nothing really stood out as being old car related. I looked on the "glassware table" and lo and behold....a TREASURE!!!! They had no idea what it was until I explained it to them. It was the best deal on that table and the only antique auto part on the premises. There are only two things that would have made it better.......either finding the twin or the car that the item goes into. The bud vase has no chips or cracks. SCORE!! Guest namvetschrysler
This morning and not far from my house there was a garage sale, now i don't normally go to these but today i thought what the hell and in i went, there on the table right in front of me was a very collectable Seiko Watch, now, being a Seiko enthusiast and collector this was a real find, i paid the asking price of $10 and walked away with a big smile on my face
Bill Boudway
Many years ago, I found a postcard rack at a garage sale. It's been going to Hershey with me ever since and has sold hundreds of Austie Clark's postcards for me.Every year, at least one person will come by and offer to buy it from me. No sale! Bleach
I found an original Guide traffic light viewer. It was in excellent shape and it cost me a whole 50¢. I also found a five book set of "Automobile Engineering" in excellent shape from the 40's and a Motors manual from 1953 in good shape at the same yard sale. I spent a total of $5 there.
