He needed some things for his 1932 DL6 four door sedan in order to take it to a Northwestern Dodge Brothers meet. I dug down deep in my parts pile and came up with what he needed...distributor cap & carburetor. We had to resort to a VW air filter since I have temporarily (hopefully only temporarily) lost my two DRT-08 air cleaners. Here's the car and it looks like it will be making it to the meet! Good luck, Ron. Oh....Ron needs two correct taillight bucket assemblies and the hood lockdown hardware and handles for his car. I had originally taken the BB1 off of my dark blue coupe for Ron to use on the tour, but he could not get it to idle down right, so he went with the DRT-08 that I had gotten from ebay. It is in beautiful condition. I will be using it on my coupe once he gets back from his trip...now that I know it works nicely hee hee hee! We went for lunch and the car ran really well. There was some sort of intermittent "ticking" noise that would show up from the passenger side of the engine compartment that Ron said was not there before we switched carburetors. Sounded almost like an exhaust leak, but as I said was not constant...oh well. I am sure he will find out what it is...or not. I don't even see any mounting holes.Here's a set that just ended without being sold: Old Vintage 1930's 1932 Dodge Car Cowl Lights Rat Rod | eBayLove to see some pics under the hood. I have 2 DL6s that have BB-1s. Getting it to idle down right IS a little tricky...but doable. I found a couple of accessory springs help. Pics available if you ever want them.
