tfee
Call the Packard Museum in Dayton Ohio, they have at least a dozen engines on a huge rack. You will need to describe to them what you're looking for exactly because the engines are not labeled and they don't know exactly what they have.Good luck
West Peterson
JoeA 526 is a standard eight. Hog is looking for a Super Eight. Some people who frequent the Packard Museum know what they're looking at. I don't remember seeing a 1929 640/645 block, but it's possible. I can't get back there to take a look for at leat 3 weeks, though.

tfee
Sorry West, I didn't mean to imply the museum (or its frequenters) were lacking in knowledge in any way. They could be guilty of having too many parts to ID though.
Joe Block
Are we talking the Packard Museum in Ohio, or the AACA Museum in Hershey.WHo is going to Hershey, I just booked my tickets, I even found a room in Hershey this year. About 2 mile away, but it not as cheap as Motel 8 in Harrisburg. about $150 a night verse $100? should I save $200 for parts and drive back and forth.
