They are a dead giveaway! It looks like the Packard was staging a cross country run?How about a couple more?
Clincher
The car in image #9 in the first set appears to be an Oakland, 1913 or thereabouts.
nzcarnerd
I don't think #3 is a Renault, it is an electric of some sort. Yes #9 is an Oakland 6-60 of 1913 or '14.
nzcarnerd
#1 is unusual in having the radiator well foreward but from looking at the sump, the engine is set well back and is probably not as big as the long hood would suggest.

nzcarnerd
I think the cross-country Packard is 1915 3-38, the last model before the Twin Six. It has the smaller six of 415 cubic inches.
nzcarnerd
Of the second group, the first picture looks like a 1914 Buick model 24 roadster, except the Buick had vertical hood louvres - maybe it is an optical illusion that these look sloped. The third pic might be a big Buick C-55 tourer from 1915. The second one dates from around 1916-17 - maybe a Hudson??
nzcarnerd
The Cadillac in pic #10 of the first group is a 1915 Type 51 - the first V8.
nzcarnerd
#3 in the first group might be a very early Studebaker electric - the front hood is like their 1902 models.

Richard Lichtfel
The cross country Packard---I was reading a while back about the Lincoln Hiway and the President of Packard, being involved in the Lincoln Hiway Association, drove a brand new Packard Twin Six to California to promote the Packard and the Lincoln Hiway. Could this be that car?

The hood is huge and I do not see any signs of early Photoshop to extend it.

Hupp36
#1 car My first guess is a 1907-08 Oldsmobile, 2nd guess is an Apperson1908
Guest Commodore
On the second group of photos, the second photo is not a Hudson. The doors are wrong and Hudsons had ten spoke wheels not twelve. Maybe a 1916 - 1917 Willys-Knight.
Guest De Soto Frank
I was hoping that #9 was an early Chevrolet...
