alsancle
I didn't think Jay Leno had one. Ralph Lauren has one, There is the one from the Williamson's collection mentioned here, there is the one that is being restored in Massachusetts that was hit by the train which I believe is owned by a swiss national. I think there is one more but the owner's name is escaping me.
West Peterson
There are several replicas, one of which is owned by Jay Leno.Peter Mullin bought the Williamson car. Mullin is also the man who purchased the Brescia Bugatti that was recently pulled out of an Italian lake.

1937hd45
It was the summer of 1971 I believe when Dr. Williamson made history buying that Type 57SC the most expensive car at auction for $65,000. A staggering sum at the time. A reporter asked him what kind of a doctor he was, "A damn good one !" was his reply. I have some great memories of working on that car, and others that were in his collection. It has a great caretaker, and I hope to see that collection some time soon.
