drwatson
It could be Studebaker, 51 -52. They offered a moon face accessory hub cap that was similar.
drwatson
On 2nd thought, I'm not sure about these caps being Studebaker. I dug out my 1951 Studebaker Accessories catalog. A similar cap is offered but has logo in middle. I once sold one like yours, the buyer proclaimed it was Studebaker.
keiser31
I am still trying to figure out how it looks like a Davis hubcap. I have never been able to see one of those since they always seem to be covered by the body. I think that the three tabs on the back will determine what it is. I have seven truckloads of wheelcovers and none have three tabs on the backside.
Juha Paavo Kaita
Hi!I am wondering what is Davis hubcap. Guest Casper Friedrich
Improbable that a Davis three-wheeler (1947-49) would have been exported to Finland. The fourth hub cap for the spare tire?
Juha Paavo Kaita
Hi!Actually man has only three hubcaps. He found them in the center of Turku. Someone was throwing the hubcaps into waste container. So there might be a slite chance... Many very odd makes of cars were imported to Finland in 1910´s and 20´s.Juha KaitanenTurku, Finland
keiser31
As I said earlier...the Davis hubcaps are pretty much hidden.

DLynskey
My guess would be generic after-market hubcaps.Don L.
Guest Good Old Days
I think Citroen DS first production 1957. The hub caps changed in September that year to a more blunted type of hub cap.
