poci1957
The recent post about Rhode Island Wiring brought so many good responses I wonder who has used Bob's Speedometer in Michigan and what do we all think, quality, price, etc?
Restorer32
We have used Bobs maybe 10 times, always with excellent service. No complaints.
Barry Wolk
They've been around forever. I used them 40 years ago, when they were on Woodward Ave.
Guest BJM
I've never used Bob's yet (but will) nor RIW but one common thread is that these and other advertisers are long time Hemmings advertisers. Hemmings vets bad advertisers and the good ones are there a long time.
Jim Bollman
Your thread reminded me of this photo I have. Wrong Speedometer Man but thought you guys might like it. Maybe someone from Phily remembers the place.
R Walling
Back in the 60's, there were a lot of speedometer men that would go around to dealers and "correct" the mileage in the speedometer. One wholesale dealer that I used to buy off of prided himself in having the correct mileage on the head so that I wouldn’t have to fuss with it. Absolutely every dealer did it with out a pang of guilt.
