  1. Got the engine ID code from the front pad. DM suffix DM = Passenger 283/230HP, Powerglide, AC, 4 BBL according to Colvin's book. Now what's it worth?
  2. Not sure where to post this question so I posted here. I have a chance to buy a '59 283 from a Corvette - carb to pan, fan to flywheel. It's a 230 horse powerglide engine. Never rebuilt, good running. Guy wants an offer. What should I offer?

  4. 1939 1940 NOS Chevrolet tail light trim rings. Not sure if they are ‘39 or ‘40. Got them from a guy that sold me a ‘40 Chev coupe, so I’m assuming they are for a ‘40. Part number 923322. They are dirty/smudged from being handled, but appear to have never been installed. They are on Ebay. #140294125609. $25 reserve. Check out my other auctions for a ‘40 head light assembly, and some 60's Chevy stuff.
  5. P1007 is for 1961-1964 Full size Chevy fronts.
  6. 1963 Corvair convertible. Complete car except for rear bumper missing. In storage barn for 20+ years. No title. Have Bill of Sale. $1000 I also have a 1963 Corvair Coupe. No motor. Near perfect body. No title. Have Bill of Sale. $500 Could make 1 nice convertible from the 2 cars & have parts left over. Cars are in & from S. Dakota. There are photos posted in my ad on Minneapolis Craigslist.
  7. 1949 Styleline Deluxe 2 door sedan. Good body. Original visor. Very restorable project or excellent parts car. Car has keys. All trim looks brand new. Missing back seat. No title. Can issue a Bill of Sale. $500 I also have a 1949 Chev Styleline 2 door sedan that is not the Deluxe. Black. Good body. Very restorable or excellent parts car. Almost a shame to use for parts though. Car has keys. No title. Can issue a Bill of Sale. $500 Cars are in & from S. Dakota. There are photos posted in my ad on Minneapolis Craigslist.
  8. Looking for a pair of Gold colored Delco Pleasurizers part number P1071 or P2054. They are for a '69 Chevy C10 CST I'm restoring. Is there a way to cross reference to see if another Delco Pleasurizer will work? I'm thinking like maybe a big GM car from the same era.
  9. Car is in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I've lowered the price. I'll take $10,000. That's my bottom line. I have that much into it.
  10. I have photos I can email. I looked at how to post photos here & it appears you have to have your photos on a web page. Mine aren't on a web page, so I don't think I can post.
  11. Original 1969 Impala 427. Originally a California car. Have receipts, registrations, etc dating back to 1970. Also have Protectoplate. All matching numbers. Engine codes - T1102LE 79C014933(matches the VIN). PS, PDB, tilt, Comfortron AC, cruise, PW, PL, T400, 12 bolt rear. Original butternut yellow exterior with parchment interior. Just got it back from the detail shop - looks like a million bucks. Excellent body, frame, trunk, & floors. Wheels are the original ralleys. Have the original derby centers & a new set of trim rings. Email for photos.
  12. I sent 2 emails on this car. No response. Don't know if my emails are getting through. I'm very interested in the car if it's still for sale. If it's sold, please remove it or post that it's sold.
