  1. Hi Pat - should have asked earlier - being that you found a 1933 Coupe rear Garnish Molding; was there any other Window Moldings or other parts available? I need the little round covers for the '33 Moldings & any other wood brackets & braces etc. that I can find. Thanks again - keep up the stellar work! (when does the 1/12 scale model '34 Master Coupe work start?).
  2. When I locate the proper 1934 Master Coupe Rear Window Molding - we'll have to engineer a swap there, Pat!!!!
  3. I saw this very same light on the web before now - searched yesterday & couldn't locate it again. Will keep looking for you.
  4. Parts required for International Metro Delivery Van. I'm looking for any parts for the "original design, rounded" Lowey type Metro Delivery. Nameplates, Grille, Headlight Trim Rings, Tail Lights, Lenses, Hubcaps, Rear Fender Skirts &/or Chrome Emblems, Handles, Gauges, Dash Knobs etc. etc. or leads on same needed. Would appreciate hearing from you if you know of anything. Thanks for you help.
  5. Roger - why I posted that Pat didn't need any "book" to build a model of his '34 Chevy Master - was simply the _______ restoration job that he performed on his car!!! Look at the readership on your thread here & the rest of the "Restoration Forum" alone! The amount of "learning" we have all done - just by reading these posts alone - is indescribable!!! I read the occasional "model" magazine myself & always pick up some info no matter what it is that I read. Absolutely, all can benefit from reading - why it's a core subject in school!! So my comment was "tongue in cheek" or something? FWIW, I've often thought about building a Willys model over the years. Maybe I need to buy a couple of books,EH!!!???
  6. Sorry I haven't been on this site much lately, guys. Will keep you all informed via this thread as I can update. Thank you all for your interest!!!
  7. Check the Data Plate under the hood & the Serial Number Plate & get ahold of a manual to decipher the info or simply call your local Ford/Lincoln dealer with the info. Post a photo!
  8. Thanks Todd for the Metro headsup! It's surely a different world out there than it 'used to be".
  9. Your talent, perseverance, ability & dedication continue to astound, amaze & leave my vocabulary somewhat lacking necessary words to tell you how _________ you're progressing with this project, Roger!!!
  10. I replied to this ad - duh! Tend to not check dates. Other "guests" have placed ads for _______ & hubcaps, for example. One guy had photos of a beautiful Hubcap collection, sold off a few to an AACA member or two & hasn't been heard from again! Said he was having computer, telephone & other issues but would be in touch. Ya, right. I'm still looking for the Willys 77 (& International Metro) Hubcaps - guess I don't have to get too excited when I see the next post with those collection photos ..........................................
  11. "Jim" contacted me & told me he "had what I'm looking for " last week. I did exactly what is/was required - clicked on the Report Icon - the moderators took care of the rest; IMMEDIATELY and then advised me, through the Forum Email system that they had addressed the "problem". the onus is on the poster/user here to be aware of the AACA Rules - READ the info provided in the "Stickys" & to educate yourself about life on the Internet. It can be a hazardous place to the uninformed!!! Lastly; "BUYER BEWARE!!!!!" Incidently, I'm still looking for the WILLYS 77 NACO Tail Lights & International Metro parts that Jim couldn't provide!!!! Anything available out there? Thanks, Moderators!!!!!!
  12. Looking for Willys & International parts - contact info? Anything besides Buick? Thanks, EH!
  13. Could you mount the fire extinguisher on the passenger side kick panel, Pat? Maybe using the Velcro system, as well.
  14. Hi Steve. How's the Chevy Panel project progressing? Check with the ALPACA guys - sure you can find Commercial Plates from one of their members!
  15. Well, if I'd have used RustOleum on my '36 Sedan forty years ago; I wouldn't be looking at tin worm repairs now! Too soon old - too late smart, I guess!
  16. What, John - no date & make on ole #3? LOL. Definitely a '26 or '27 Whippet. Not sure on the '46-'48 ? Sedan Delivery. Where, generally, are the cars located? Near me? I hope!
  17. Great conclusion to a thread, Steve! What are your Dad's plans for his Panel? Post a video of him driving it, perhaps! My Granfather's Chevy Pickup - year unknown by me, but likely '34-'36 - got made into a utility trailer by Pete our local welder & car/truck undoer! Oh well.
  18. Nice touch to finish off the Chevy Pat! You could use a temporary mount in the cabin - possibly for when you're driving the car? Accessibility? Here's hoping you never have to use it - but knowing it's there will provide peace of mind, I'm sure. Enjoy the "Master Craftsmanship"!
  19. L@@king for a Burns 2 in 1 Intake Manifold for a Willys 134.2 Cubic Inch Flathead Four Cylinder Engine. Also a DuVall or Alexander Conversion for same. Thanks for the assist!!!
  20. Such a unit would be available "commercially" so you could check out a probuilt & supplied unit for some ideas? Whether locally, via brochures or the Internet, I'd think.
  21. I don't have a clue as to what Hudson, Terraplane etc. used; but the later Jeepster & Willys ARE different! If someone can post info or photos on the other Tail Light Buckets, that may be productive. Thank you for your reply! I believe the Model 77 used a steel bucket, but not sure.
  22. In need of a 1933-35 NACO Tail Light Housing for a Willys 77. It can be rusted out; beat up or ? - I want to obtain one for a pattern in order to repro a couple for myself. Or if possible, can you provide the dimensions from said NACO Tail Light? Thank you in advance for any assistance, guys!
