  1. I didn't see the response on the shipping and total - maybe I missed it in my PM. I was wanting the marker lights on each side of the headlights. Shipping will be to zip 93314. Thanks .......... mark
  2. From what I have seen, the colors are not under Chrysler, but under Maserati. Do a little more research though before you buy. Maserati lists a 'Royal Cabernet' in 1989 as #51372. On the pamplets, it says the color is Black Cherry Pearl Coat. You may have more luck (the colors on my screen aren't spectacular). <img src="http://forums.aaca.org/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
  3. Do you have the brake relays? I would like to buy them if you do, particularly the orange one in the middle. I am looking at bringing a car back from the grave, so would you send me a PM for the other parts I know I need (trunk lock mechanism and hood latch and a few more parts). Thanks ......... mark
  4. I think I remember seeing 100 cm on one reference brochure - so, look for a 5 x 100. I will go back through my references and let you know more definite information.
  5. As for the trunk key, a local locksmith shop cut some for me at $2.50 each. That was on a triangular head blank - like the original without the logo. I believe the ignition keys are the only ones they changed - one sided in 89 and two sided in 90 and 91.
  6. <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body"> The $eller is a bit misguided, thinking he has number 91 of 442 made...Sweet car though! </div></div> I sent her the remark about the 91 being the year, not the number. I really can't understand her reply or why she didn't research it a little bit before making that comment. Oh well, that is about the 5th or 6th one I have seen advertised that way.
  7. I started looking on line and Covercraft does make several cockpit covers (different materials) for the TC. Do a search for "covercraft" and then you will find companies they sell through. I may have paid around $15 too much on eBay.
  8. Covercraft makes one for the TC. Usually on eBay they have a Buy It Now option at 62.95 with 8.50 shipping (comes from Oklahoma). You may be able to find this elsewhere. If you look on eBay it is under Chrylser TC and it just shows the covercraft logo. Go to description and you will see this is a cockpit cover. I think this is where I got mine from. (It is not real thick.)
  9. Something smells here ........ The winner of this auction and another high priced TC auction has the eBay name of 'isellmaseratis'. The icon is for a non-member and it still shows zero purchases. This may be the way eBay posts things, but it sure does smell funny.
  10. I just sent an e-mail to someone that I think has them (NOS). He should be able to help you with this. If he does not contact you, send me a PM. mark
  11. I need the driver side corner lamp. I will PM you. Thanks.
  12. Just so I don't have to think about answering those type questions, when I find what I am looking for, I look a few more places. At least it's never in the last place I look!????????????? And this is only part of my delusions ...... old is that Alzheimer's?
  13. The clear lens do not come out by themselves. Follow the lens towards the center of the mirror and you will see a small slot (like when you change a car alarm battery). Just apply gentle pressure there and the cover should come off so you can replace the bulbs. [color:"green"]
  14. There is (and has been for some time) an 89 on AutoTrader that is green. It looks like it has been painted this color (front emblem too large, Maserati written on trunk lid, custom steering wheel and rims). Listed for $9995 with 56K miles. Vin #ZC2FP110XKB200735
  15. There were basically just red, maroon, yellow, white and black. If it is original color, then it depends on how much care was taken with the paint surface by the owners and the enviroment. They were going to produce a metallic grey, but that didn't happen. I am bidding on the 5 speed that you are talking about. I think I have enough to get it in a little better shape and enjoy the car. I'm relatively new to the forum, but these guys/gals are great at answering questions if they can. mark
  16. You are making me itch for more power.
  17. There is a red/black 90 TC with a 6 cylinder engine listed on eBay. The item number is 4630750256. I am not confident enough to try and post a link. Just go to eBay and put this number in and it will take you to the car. (A Chrysler search will not find this vehicle.) I hope this helps. mark Maybe there is another one in Plano?????
  18. Must be, I couldn't find it.
  19. When I look at the build stats it looks like they were all 5-speed manual. Where is the car and what are they asking?
  20. How much should I expect to pay for a good upholstery job on my car? I want leather and it to look like the original (I have seen cloth and vinyl and some jobs that look not so great). Right now I would be looking at the seats and the center console. I am on the west coast, but I really don't want to cross the border into tj unless I have to.
  21. I have a stock 90 16V. I usually get 24mpg or so on the highway (although I do just a TOUCH over the speed limit - only so I don't get rear ended of course). One trip I hit 28mpg. Either I got a good deal at the gas station (lol) or the conditions were just right. Flat terrain, usually 80 to 95 mph (oops).
  22. I hope what happened to me isn't happening to you. I went to the Chrysler dealer and asked him to look up parts on a TC. When he had a lot of parts in stock and then told me my motor couldn't be a 2.2 I gave him the VIN off of the car. To the dealer (at least here) 'TC' stood for Town and Country. Was I bummed....
  23. That is nearly what I started doing 3 years ago. I bought a TC with about 25K for my daily driver. Now at about 45K I am still enjoying more and more each day. The only problem - you might end up wanting another!
  24. Thanks for the information. With my luck that would happen. I'll include a replacement clutch on my wish list BEFORE I upgrade.
