There should be numbers on the edge of the lenses to help ID the application. Post these numbers and we can probably help ID the application.

Congrats of the '28 purchase. I would recommend finding : Owners Manual, Repair Manual, Parts Book for starters. Joining a single Marque Club is also a great source for information. Suggest the V.C.C.A. ( Vintage Chevrolet Club of America. )

If you could post some pictures or part numbers / description that would be a good start. Yes, GM Radio parts could be used in every make a the GM brand and in the after market radio business. There are people that restore the old radios that might find these parts of interest. Where are you located ? Thanks for coming here for advise.

I have researched Kopp lenses a little. Seem that Kopp was the person that found a way to make red glass. From my research they were heavy into Rail Road lighting. These may be Rail Road lenses. Not sure. As soon as I can check the dia. of the 26 T lenses I guess I'll know if I can use them or not. Thanks to all that looked at the " what is it " I posted.

I picked up some unusual lenses last week. They appear to be for teens to the twentys. To make a complete lens you need a Red lens ;#AP 3553; and a clean lens; # AP 3554. My reference materials for lenses start at 1930. Hoping someone can help me ID these unique lenses. Hoping they at for 26 Model T Headlights......!

I found a web site : Studebaker International Inc that has a search by part number feature. Walla: 1958-1961 Transmission Main Shaft. Thought I pass along a great resource. Thanks for looking.

I have come across a p/n 1545152 Main shaft NOS in the oily box. I have no Studebaker / Packard parts books to help me ID this part. Can anyone shed light on this for me. What year, model ? What specifically is the part ? Thinking maybe Transmission.....Thanks

ID Needed for Hubcap and Head Light Trim Rings
aacalifeer replied to Bell1220's topic in General Discussion
The Headlight doors are 1946-48 Chevrolet Aftermarket items. Chevrolet did not offer these as chrome in their catalogs. It is interesting that they did not stripe the indents on the headlight doors but, did on the taillight doors. -
I have posted under the Pontiac section a request for help with a fuel pump fitting. Please take a look. Someone out there may be able to help. Thanks ( I hope I did not break any rules by posting here also )

I'm trying to help a friend with a '65 GTO with a 389. He has a stock fuel pump. Unfortunately he has lost the fitting for the out bound / pressure side of the fuel pump. We have looked / tried several fittings with no luck. Can anyone tell us what the fitting is supposed to be ? Or point us in the direction of the correct fitting ? Thanks for looking and any help you can offer
