  8. bill, dave, this will be fun. i personally talked with lady at the epa 6 months ago about this very issue. my sugesstion was make paint like freon and you have to have a card to get it. that way if someone breaks the rules they can lose the card. as for the evil body empire it does really [censored] you of when you pay around 10000. a year for permits, insurance and license to be bitched at for following the rules. then you see some guy running a shop illegally out of his house or in a unzoned area. restorer get rid of safty kleen they charge for testing that isnt needed and to much for disposal. get a recycler they work well, also let all catalyzed products harden. dont pour into the bucket.it makes the thinner sticky. some areas let you dispose of paint if its hard some dont. call the governing body in your area and see what thier requirments are for disposal and testing. if you havent changed anything why would they need to test every drum you send in. with the recycler i send in 1 15 of solid waste a year at around 175.00 and they are licensed just like the other. jim

    Splicing wiring

gm requires the crimp conectors for resistance problems. i quess they think solder makes it. i solder most of my stuff but the connectors with the heat shrink glue do hold well itf you need one. jim
