  16. I just finished 3 days in the field as a vendor. The foot traffic was low, but this probably due to the fact there was no swap meet 60 days ago. There are some growing pains in ther swap meet area, such as the starting time to sell vendor spaces was at 9 am! Most vendor arrive at 7:00 to buy a space. One vendor's spaces were in a mud hole, and the young gals at the gate were working with him to actually refund his $$$! That's a kudos for the staff. Over all, RM did good. Hey, we vendors weren't chained in like heathens and animals this year, RM had 24 hour security at the gate. It was great!!!! RM could make this compete with BJ in a couple of years. Just my thoughts. Dan

  24. I have a chance to buy 1000 pieces of MOOG suspension in MI. Most are for cars in the late 50's to 70's. Ball joints and tie rod ends. Maybe an idler arm or drag link in the mix. I have not seem many vendors selling suspension at a swap meet. I have all the books, but curios of what the list lurkers think of buying suspension pieces at a swap meet when you can buy complete sets from Kanter and others. The price per box is reasonable. Thanks. Dan
