I have decided to switch our my 1997 Olds Bravada side view mirrors with the more stable and solid 1999 side view mirrors. Has anyone done this beore and will they have the same exact mounting configuration. The doors themselves are exactely the same . I can't imagin ethat the montounting configuration would have been changed. The other issus I am wondering about is the heated option that comes standard on the 1999. WIll the connection plug be the same and will the heated option be a drain on the battery since the 1997 did not come with that option? Thanks for your assistance. NCBRIJEN

Check this out, I was perusing the EBay site and came across this very nice 1988 Reatta from Canada but it has a moon roof... I did not think the moon roof was available until 1989. In my opinion... There will NEVER be a replacement for the joy of owning and driving a hand crafted Buick Reatta. With that said, my optimum suggestion would definitely be the Pontiac G6 GT Hardtop convertible! Check out the pictures attached and I think you will agree. Good luck with your search :-)

Excellent choice! Aside from the extra attention and esteem builder they will get from peers for having such a "cool" ride (which is also excellent on gas $) A teenager will never have the responsibility of "being the one to drive" because it?s only a two seater! Let?s NOT also forget that the Reatta is a very solid car that will also most definitely make a Buick fan for life. :-)

Randy: I don?t think I could agree with your sentiments more. Thanks for your input and reasonable and coherent advice. I honestly do NOT want to give my Reatta up especially this one, it has all the options that I ever wanted and everything is in next to new perfect condition. Since college I have had three Reattas my maroon on maroon 1989(unfortunately put into a ditch hitting a turn at 80+), my 1990 white convertible on red (my wife hated the top down???) , and my silver on grey 1989 coupe with the moon roof (Best time for all). Once I sell this one I will be Reattaless for the first time since 1990....I am sure I will again find another Reatta in my future but this is unfortunately a MUST decision to sell at our current time and really do not want to give this beautiful Reatta away. I will wait to see what occurs on EBay and if a lucky bidder wins the auction since I did not put a reserve price on the auction it would be meant to be, my loss of my Reatta will be their gain however my gain will be extra cash for our third addition to our family.
