  1. that's only $98.00 an hour. My shop was $65.00 an hour 25 years ago. Would take at LEAST $150.00 an hour to get me off the couch..
  2. I was afraid of that, which one of those plugs into this socket?
  3. So, I think I'm missing some parts of this connector. The plug from ResorationStuff is clocked wrong and the pins are in the wrong location. The headlight connectors I have fit the taillight, and they are clocked correctly. But, none of these connectors touch the contacts at the bottom of the socket. So, am i missing a contact plate and a spring or something? The terminals on the plugs are below the surface and the contacts in the socket are flush. What am I missing?
  4. I just bought the Restoration Supply Co ones for a 1927 Buick, they are NOT the same, I am going to attempt to modify them to work, because they are closer than starting from scratch, but they are definitely not correct.
  5. I have a complete top assembly off of a '27 available. Is it the same, or close enough?
  6. Yup, they have them, page 8. Thanks!!
  7. My 1927 Buick Speedster project car only has the headlight wiring left of the original harness. The rest must have "left" with the body tub. I rebuilt the original taillight yesterday and mounted it and thats when I noticed it uses the same 1/4 turn connectors as the headlights. Anyone have a source for these, used or new?
  8. Another vote for "Gaskacinch". We use it on the race car, seals like Permatex but on disassembly you can just pull the gasket off. And many times re-use it!
  9. Yup. kind of. Does a '96 Bronco count? The salt has reduced it's weight considerably...
  10. I have a 1927 Standard (now speedster) could these work on it? Not afraid of a little modification, and right now the car has NOTHING shock or snubber wise. Thanks.
